The kitchen and lounge open onto the pool terrace with a shaded dining area whilst an impressive staircase leads up to the first floor. Here are 2 further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large master with access to two terraces, one overlooks the pool and the other has views to the sea in the distance plus a twin with access to the pool facing balcony. The beds in all of the twin bedrooms can be joined to make double on request. Outside, the garden is fenced and well-maintained, there are sun terraces, a generously sized private pool, comfortable sunbeds a well as a pretty shaded chill-out area. Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Villa Bailey has an excellent location in the upmarket area of Bonaire, near Alcudia and within walking distance to safe beaches and great restaurants. A 10-minute walk will take you to the centre of Mal Pas-Bon Aire or to the Marina de Bonaire, a walled marina with a few restaurants overlooking the boats. The beaches in Mal Pas are quiet and mainly used by the locals, offering views over Pollenca Bay towards Cap de Formentor with deep white sand and turquoise waters. Although small they have all the amenities you’ll need for a day on the beach, each has a lifeguard station, toilets, beach shower, snack bar, sun loungers, parasols. For a wider choice, the shops, restaurants and atmospheric old streets of Alcudia are just five minutes by car and a real treasure on the island. A perfectly restored medieval walled city on the site of a Roman settlement with remains of ancient houses and a theatre, with a wealth of history and charm this town offers visitors an authentic Mallorcan experience. The weekly market in the old town is considered one of the most important on the island with a wide variety of products on offer. There are plenty of cafes and Alcudia is also well-known for its' restaurants that specialising in traditional Mallorcan food.
