Finca Jana with a private pool is situated in the countryside providing a peaceful destination and lovely mountain views whilst being just 5 minutes drive to Old Town Pollenca and 10 minutes drive to Port de Pollenca. This stone-built holiday home is full of charm and sleeps up to 4 guests with the accommodation all on one level. There are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower room and one twin plus a further family bathroom. The living areas are separated by a traditional stone archway and comprise a separate fully fitted kitchen, featuring the latest in design and incorporating a halogen hob and oven. Glass patio doors lead out to the terrace. A spacious lounge/dining room, furnished with comfortable sofas, large dining table and chairs. The furnishings and decor, along with the high beamed ceiling, give a great feeling of light and space to the whole room and large wooden doors open out to the covered terrace that surrounds the property. A few steps down, take you into the lawned garden with a private pool and sun terrace which is equipped with comfortable loungers. A brick-built barbecue is provided for grilled meals that can shared on the well-furnished terrace. Finca Jana is an excellent choice for a romantic couple or a small family seeking a relaxing holiday in the countryside, whilst still being close to shops, restaurants and sandy beaches!

Pollenca - Places of historical interest include "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Finca Jana is situated in a peaceful area in the countryside, yet ideally located just 5 minutes drive to Old Town Pollenca and 10 minutes to Port de Pollenca. Alcudia and the beaches of Platja d'Alcudia, Platja de Muro and Cala San Vincente are also within easy reach in approximately 15/20 minutes. Pollenca is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest. The town of Alcudia is a real treasure on the island, hiding behind medieval walls and the ancient Roman ruins, just a few kilometres from Alcudia on the coast, lies its fraternal city, Puerto de Alcudia. The long sandy beaches with shallow clear waters at Port de Pollenca, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro are great for families with plenty of activities and water sports on offer, they are lined with a splendid array of cafes, restaurants and beach bars to suit all tastes. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains.
